Common Questions

How long does a typical service take?

Service duration depends on the type of work required. Rotor and automatic winding service typically takes one week. Heirloom watch revival can take several weeks, as we work carefully through assessment, sourcing parts if needed, and thorough testing. Pressure testing is usually completed within a day or two. We'll provide a realistic timeframe after the initial assessment.

What should I bring when dropping off my watch?

Just bring the watch itself. If you have documentation like a warranty card or service history, those can be helpful but aren't required. For heirloom pieces, any information about the watch's age or previous repairs is useful. We'll discuss the watch's condition and your expectations during the drop-off.

Do you service all watch brands?

We work with most mechanical watch brands and movements. Some specialized brands or very modern quartz movements may require proprietary parts we cannot source. During your initial inquiry, let us know the brand and model, and we'll confirm if we can service it properly.

How much does a service typically cost?

Our rotor and automatic winding service is MYR 480. Pressure testing is MYR 95. Heirloom watch revival starts at MYR 3,700, though the final amount depends on the watch's condition and what work is needed. We provide a detailed estimate before starting any restoration work, and we won't proceed without your approval.

Is my watch information kept private?

Yes. All information about your watch and contact details is handled with care. We maintain records for service history purposes only and do not share client information. Your watch is stored securely when not being worked on.
